When you contact us or submit a proposal request, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred date, approximate guest count, type of experience and the information you choose to include in your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, arrange visits and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. We do not sell personal data.

Processors and retention

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, processing forms and storing enquiries in the D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions and helps prevent spam. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry and comply with applicable obligations.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing where applicable. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Google Analytics 4 (G-C31CLVZY1M), Google Tag Manager (GTM-W387KV99) and Meta Pixel (1643393600741210) load only after you accept optional cookies. They measure page views and successful contact requests without receiving the contents of your form. When you accept advertising and submit an enquiry, we store its landing page, referrer, UTM parameters and Google/Meta click identifiers to attribute the enquiry to the correct campaign. Meta may also receive the lead event and hashed versions of your email address, telephone number and name through our server for matching and deduplication. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences; the page reloads and the site removes its accessible analytics and advertising cookies.
